Boilers Systems Installation and Maintenance

We provide qualified personnel & a certified boiler engineer familiar with all the required services and tasks associated with operations and routine preventative maintenance of the Boiler, Hot Water and Steam Distribution Systems. We will support emergency on-call services.

  • Perform daily operational and maintenance tasks, and routine preventative maintenance on the Boiler and Steam facility’s equipment.
  • Perform operations and maintenance of all boiler/steam support equipment in the boiler room.
  • Submit a preventative maintenance schedule and outline all maintenance requirements for boilers, hot water tanks, and associated systems.
  • Provide a representative to attend daily maintenance meetings with management to coordinate all work, (to include but not limited to PM, PMI, repairs, and upgrades).
  • Assist in developing and implementing a boiler tuning program (fuel, oxygen, etc.)
  • Reinstall condenser loop into the hot water system, and maintain system.
  • Inspect boiler tanks, burners, control panels, steam equipment, and all associated equipment daily, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Inspect hot water tanks, heating elements, and associated equipment daily, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Inspect oil support systems and associated equipment daily, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair leaks, ruptures, and/or malfunctions of all pumps pipes, valves, and clamps/connections of boilers, hot water tanks, and associated equipment.
  • Inspect daily, and maintain and repair insulation on piping and the storage tanks.
  • Perform regular Blow down operations (removal of water from boilers) to reduce contaminant build-up and/or remove accumulated dissolved solids and/or sludge per established preventative maintenance schedule. [Note: Insufficient Blow down may lead to deposits or carryover. Excessive Blow down wastes water, energy, and chemicals.]
  • Perform routine checks of boiler water chemistry per established preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Inform the management when water treatment is required to prevent system scale and corrosion and to optimize cycles of concentration.
  • Assist in continually developing and implementing routine preventative maintenance inspections and maintenance programs on condensate equipment, tanks, and pumps.
  • Regularly clean and inspect boiler water and fire tubes per established preventative maintenance schedule to reduce scale buildup and improve heat transfer and system energy efficiency.
  • Monitor and inspect temperature and pressure levels and gauges, identify issues and report to the management.
  • Ensure all gauges are within manufacturer calibration ranges, and perform manufacturer recommended calibration steps.
  • Inspect, identify, and perform corrosion control on all associated equipment.
  • Time lines must be submitted for all project work to include start date, milestones, progress dates against completion, and completion date.
  • Submit a weekly activity report on the progress of maintenance activities and/or maintenance project work.
  • Spot inspections can take place at any time for any reason
  • Provide all chemicals necessary for the work required and associated Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and must remove all excess chemicals/waste used in the process of the work performed from the compound.
  • Report all equipment issues, supply shortages, or other issues that impact task performance
  • We will provide all equipment manuals for vendor-installed equipment.
  • Responsible for all pre-engineering work for maintenance projects, and for the accuracy of all measurements.
